Who are we?

Environmental Women Association (EWA)

Founded on March 3, 2016, EWA brings together citizens dedicated to the well-being, health, and dignity of Moroccans.

A non-profit, apolitical, and inclusive association, EWA raises awareness and encourages both citizens and public authorities to promote hygiene, cleanliness, civility, and civic responsibility.

Our motto, "Dignified Toilets for All," drives our concrete actions:

  • Encourage the use of toilets and sanitation facilities in rural areas, and advocate for the installation and maintenance of clean toilets in urban areas.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns on cleanliness and hygiene, and create interactive spaces for information, training, and joint action with authorities, associations, and international organizations.
